Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is allowed for orders or services not yet initiated or dispatched.
For pre-scheduled charging services, cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time.

Cancellations are not permitted for services or products already delivered, used, or dispatched for installation.
Custom or special orders, including tailored EV battery solutions, are non-cancellable once production begins.
5) Refunds for Canceled Orders
Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed as per the terms mentioned in our Refund Policy.
6) Changes to Scheduled Services
Rescheduling of pre-scheduled services is allowed up to 12 hours before the original service time.
Late rescheduling requests may incur additional charges or be treated as cancellations.

For disputes regarding cancellations, contact our support team. We aim to resolve all issues within 7 business days.
