1) Eligibility for Cancellation

-> Cancellation is allowed for orders or services not yet initiated or dispatched.

-> For pre-scheduled charging services, cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time.

2) Cancellation Request Process

3) Cancellation Confirmation

-> Upon receiving your request, we will review the details and confirm the cancellation within 2 business days.

4) Exclusions

-> Cancellations are not permitted for services or products already delivered, used, or dispatched for installation.

-> Custom or special orders, including tailored EV battery solutions, are non-cancellable once production begins.

5) Refunds for Canceled Orders

-> Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed as per the terms mentioned in our Refund Policy.

6) Changes to Scheduled Services

-> Rescheduling of pre-scheduled services is allowed up to 12 hours before the original service time.

-> Late rescheduling requests may incur additional charges or be treated as cancellations.

7) Resolution of Disputes

-> For disputes regarding cancellations, contact our support team. We aim to resolve all issues within 7 business days.
